Every product starts with a real person and a real moment — the IT manager heading into budget season, the parent holding a drawing worth framing, the runner staring at a race entry. If we can't name them, we don't build it.

If the answer fits on a single page, it becomes a product. If a feature doesn't serve that moment, it doesn't ship.
