Who we are

ObsidianAsh is an independent software studio based in the USA, operated by Obsidian Ash LLC. This policy covers obsidianash.com and our products operating as trade names of Obsidian Ash LLC: RackRoster (rackroster.com), Media Studio (media.obsidianash.com), and Crawl2Sprint (crawl2sprint.com).

What we collect

  • This website: we do not set tracking cookies or sell personal data. obsidianash.com is an informational site and does not collect personal information from visitors.
  • RackRoster and Crawl2Sprint: data you enter (devices, training preferences) is processed in your browser. We do not receive it unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.
  • Media Studio: when you place a print order, we collect only what is needed to produce and deliver it — your uploaded artwork, name, email, and shipping address.
  • Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence to respond to you.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you asked for — fulfilling print orders, answering messages, and improving the tools. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

obsidianash.com does not set tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, approximate country, and device type. It is privacy-first: it runs without cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. No personal information is collected or sold. If a product adds further analytics, it will be disclosed on that product's page and in an update to this policy.

Sharing

We share order details only with service providers required to complete your order (for example, print production and shipping carriers), and only the minimum they need.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time through the support channel inside the product you used. Residents of jurisdictions with privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) may exercise their access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights the same way.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
