Who you're dealing with

These terms govern your use of obsidianash.com and our products, which operate as DBAs of ObsidianAsh (Buford, Georgia, USA): RackRoster (rackroster.com), Media Studio (media.obsidianash.com), and Crawl2Sprint (crawl2sprint.com). Charges for paid products will appear under ObsidianAsh or the product name.

Use of the tools

• RackRoster and Crawl2Sprint are provided free of charge for personal and business use, as-is.
• You agree not to misuse the services — no attempts to disrupt them, scrape them at scale, or use them for unlawful purposes.
• For content you upload to Media Studio, you confirm you own it or have the right to print it. You retain ownership; we use it only to produce your order.

Orders, refunds, and shipping (Media Studio)

• Prices, sizes, and estimated delivery are shown before you commit to an order.
• Because each print is custom-made, orders can be canceled for a full refund until production begins.
• If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint or refund it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Crawl2Sprint training plans are general fitness information, not medical advice — consult a physician before starting a training program. RackRoster lifecycle dates and cost estimates are informational and should be verified before purchasing decisions.

Disclaimer and liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObsidianAsh's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
